Salon Policies

By entering into our facility, you are agreeing with these policies. 

 

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Capelli Salon and Spa requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the service will be charged 50% of the service booked with the on-file credit card. All no call-no shows will also be charged 50% of the service booked. 

 

Starting prices: All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Prices are subject to change based on the specific services provided and if your stylist needs to add more color depending on how thick/long your hair is. Add ons for services are also an additional price.

 

Children are welcome in the salon by appointment only: Our mission is to provide a safe and relaxing experience for our guests. Since we are a large team, we are working on reducing the amount of people on the salon floor. Children are welcome in the salon only if they have an appointment.

 

Please do not bring anyone to your appointment: Due to the size of our salon and our desire to create the best environment possible, we cannot have guests of guests on the floor or in the reception area. If you have one guest with you they may sit in the reception area if it’s not busy, but if you have multiple people with you they will not be allowed inside. The only additional guests allowed on the salon floor are parents accompanying a minor or guest with special needs who has an appointment.

 

Product return/exchange policy: If you are not satisfied with products purchased directly through Capelli Salon and Spa, we are happy to swap them out for a product of equal or lesser value as long as they have not been opened. We cannot issue refunds on open products. If your product is unopened we are happy to exchange it within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
